Not only in Bangladesh, probably this is the world's largest mango tree. You will find this massive/giant tree in Horinmari union of Baliadangi Upazila in Thakurgaon district. Hundreds of Bangladeshi mango lovers people daily visit this tree.

Nearest places to visit ancient mosque, Panchagarh Bhitargarh Fort.

According to sources, this mango tree spread across three bighas (one acre) of land has already been created with the potential of tourism. Although locally owned, the people of the locality have urged the concerned government department to create this necessary tourism facility along with road infrastructure in the philosophy.

At the same time, locals hope that this tree, which will be named the largest mango tree in Asia, will once again place the Guinness World Book. I hope after few years Bangladesh especially the northern part will be the best mango region in the world.

  12. That's a big tree. Does it still have fruit? I hope that bringing in the tourist won't destroy the tree!
